Since 2003, GBH has presented A Christmas Celtic Sojourn as a gathering to celebrate on stage during this darkest time of the year. Each December, the show has drawn on Celtic, Pagan, and Christian traditions to celebrate the season.


Covid Safety Manager

  • Coordinate and implement Covid protocols for rehearsal and performance venues

  • Collect proof of vaccination & test results

  • Administer Covid tests to Cast and Crew on designated testing days, and when necessary.

  • Stay up to date on current Covid protocols

  • Must be on site at the Cutler Majestic Theatre prior to Cast and Crew arriving and stay until all have left at the end of the day.

  • Coordinate off site testing should it be necessary.

Merchandise Coordinator

  • Set up and breakdown of merchandise sales at each venue

  • Packing up inventory at the end of the evening and ensure that it is safely stored or packed for tour.

  • Keep careful account of Artist’s CD’s and other merchandise.

  • Handling of cash and electronic transactions

  • Oversee volunteers for merchandise sales as needed

  • Coordinate sales with GM for payment to artists

Catering/Hospitality Coordinator

  • Reports to General Manager and will assist the GM as needed.

  • Travel to various venues on production’s tour as well as home venue in Boston.

  • Do some light shopping for snacks and supplies as needed.

  • Be mindful of Cast and Crew dietary restrictions and allergies. 

  • Research and select restaurants locations for food orders.

  • Coordinate orders of all meals for cast and crew.

  • Be on hand to receive any food deliveries to venues.
